2nd Week: Bali & Pramuka Island

Holidaaayy!! Finally out of town :) And yes, my fam planned to go to Bali during the Eid Mubarak. It was actually really nice to be in Bali again after 5 years. I have missed Bali (and its culture and food) so much.
We stayed there for 6 days (5 nights) in 2 different hotels. First 3 nights in Kuta and last 2 nights in Nusa Dua.

I've told Tom, that I bought Bikini to be wore on the beach in Bali. The first day we were there, I was the only one who played in water and it was unprepared :( Then we went to the beach again on 3rd day in Jimbaran (but it was for dinner, so it made non sense to put my bikini on) and in Nusa Dua I refused to wear it, because my stomach has no sexy shape anymore (nooooooooooo :( ) Oh, that's not true. I put it on once for swimming *sigh*.

My tummy must be really really happy. I look like pregnant woman now. Haha. I let myself everything I couldn't find in Germany and in Jakarta: Babi Guling, Bebek Bengil, Bubba Gump. Yum yum yum.

Our hotel in Nusa Dua was a highlight! It was no doubt the best hotel where I've stayed over. WOW. Modern, clean, directly on the beach, very nice view, nice bedroom (I told Tom, this is absolutely a honeymoon-type hotel), very kind and satisfying service. And what I've done there? Nothing. I was sick, for god's sake. I got allergic to something I don't know (and I still have it until now). My skin became red and itchy :(

We were back on July 30th. And I continued my journey to Pulau Pramuka with 6 other friends (Manda, Sendy, Bimo, Vania, Hizkia, Yessy). Mostly are friends from the junior high school and my friend's boyfriend. Remember that I showed presentation in 2011 about indonesian under water but have never gone snorkling? I finally made it, Guys! I finally went snorkling. My parents lost words ;) I don't care about the allergic. I just need to take the chance. I'm my parents' bad girl.

Pramuka Island is actually still in the area of Java, 2,5-3 hours by "ferry" to the north of Jakarta. I've never been in a ship, where the people use to carry the goods so early in the morning. It was crowded but nice facing new experience. I was a bit too excited but on the other hand a bit worry, because our travel agent didn't give enough information (my fault). Some facilities that we could get are missing like insurance, free underwater camera. But for 25 euro per Person for one night includes transportation, accomodation plus meals 3 times, excursion to sea turtle breeding, tour to 2 other islands(we were in Pulau Air snorkling and went also to Pulau Semak Daun), snorkling equipment, I couldn't blame them more. It was really cheap. Exciting feeling to swim with the fishes, touch the corals. God is great :)

Our trip back to Jakarta was also interesting. We went by small bus from Muara Angke to Jakarta Kota Station (Rp 10.000,- or less than 1 euro per person). From the station by train to Bekasi (Rp 3.500,- or about 22 cents per person).

Manda and Sendy stayed at my house til night and Renata (my other best friend from junior high) came by to catch up with us. It has been a long long time to be together.. They three have been working now for almost one year. Look at meeee??? Felt like have been wasting one year :( But I still believe, everything has its time :)

Yesterday, elementary school reunion. Inofficial. After 11 years. I felt old ;)

X5: Gosh, it was 7 years ago

I didn't expect that my biology teacher has a hidden talent and mysterious hobby drawing her pupils during exams.. And one of the models was my class. And I was quite surprised that I'm on the drawing. Unbelievable! ;D

Complete with date and time, which class, which exam and even the total pupils in our class. Ckck
Well, you can find me on the top left there. I'm surprised that my teacher noticed that I'm left handed. I'm totally impressed ;)

Salesian Don Bosco

Kali ini Dita mau sharing tentang jalan-jalan weekend kemarin.

Saya diundang oleh Fr.Andreas Jebarus, SDB untuk menghadiri misa kaul kekalnya tanggal 14 Mei 2011 di Rijswijk. Tanpa basa-basi lagi saya langsung mengiyakan, pdhl lupa kalo sebenernya tanggal 15 itu mesti saman di Aachen. ah, tapi misa kaul kekal itu cm seumur hidup sekali. JAUH LEBIH PENTING.

Belakangan ini saya jd orang yg super cuek. Ditanya:
"Nanti ke Rijswijk sm siapa di jalan?"
Me: "Sendiri aja"
"Naik apa?"
Me: "Ga tau, naik kereta ajalah yang gampang, nanti beli tiketnya di perbatasan"
"Berangkat, pulang kapan n jam berapa?"
Me: "Belum tau, santai lah, sendiri ini"

Mungkin karena udah pernah juga ya ke Rijswijk, jd super santai deh. Setelah mengecek Verbindung, saya mengabarkan Fr.Andy kalau saya sampai di Rijswijk jam 10 maleman. Seneng banget rasanya.

Saya sekamar sm Lisa, ex volunteer Don Bosco dr Hamburg. Seneng aja hari itu ketemu Frater lagi, ketemu Biju, Rasa, Lisa, Yohana n Yessica. Oh ya kenalan jg sama Spela di Slovenia n Verena dr Hamm.

Besoknya jam 10.30 dijemput sm Opa Djin n Oma Myrna, trus ke rumahnya sebentar n ke In de Bongaard. Belanja. hahaha. Sekalian saya beli kado untuk Fr.Andy yg dibungkus scr tidak senonoh *aduh maap frater*.
Jam 14 saya kembali ke Don Bosco trus bantu potong2 kol sebentar, bantu pasang konde si penari2 Jambi cantik. (Yohana n Stella). Trus latian koor. Terkejut!! Orang-orang bule ganteng-ganteng n cantik-cantik bgt ya kalo pke baju bodo!!! :D Love it! Gila, ketemu banyak temen lama, Stella, Radit, Yohana, Yessica, Ka Vini, Ka Marcel, Lisa, Sophie, Tys,Gabor n Doriii..! (aih Dori n Gabor cocok bgt pke baju adat indo) dan haru biru bgt pas si Frater Andy ngucapin kaulnya. Pengen nangis :') tapi si fraternya ga nangis. laaahh saya malu kl nangis sendirian. hihihi...

Makasi udah diundang ke Don Bosco. I got new spirit to study afterwards :) Seneng di Don Bosco krn selalu disambut hangat, tp sayangny ga smpet nglewatin makan mlm brg ya.. pingin nyanyi2 ubi caritas lg. seneng ajaaaahh.. :) Thank you for evrything, Frat!

Oya, mlmnya kita nonton2 Eurovision brg. haha. seru jg. ohya, hari itu kenalan sm Sarah dr Leipzig. Asik deh hr itu. Ketawa2 denger celaan dr cowo2 di sana (Sander, Antonio, Rasa, Biju, sm ada satu lg aku tak tau namanya hahah). Mendukung Jerman yang kalah telak (Lena jeleeekk). Ngobrol2 sm Spela.
