Juhuu, I'm home for the next 3 weeks :) I miss my boyfriend though, too much...
My first week was totally fine, but tiring though. I arrived on Thursday and had to get prepared for the reception of my parents' silver wedding anniversary. I intended to make decoration surprise for them (I made photo booth) and prepared everything from Germany. Generally, the party and the mass went well, even though my whole fam blamed me for they being late to the church, because I locked my bedroom and took the key with me and my brother couldn't take his jacket. Sorry, but I resist to be blamed: 1. I've shown my brother that there is one jacket in my cupboard TWICE (don't ask why it was there, complicated) and he didn't want to take it out directly; 2. I told my fam that locking is not practical and they kept on forcing me to lock; 3. as long as I'm home, I have the right to decide whether to lock my own bedroom or not and where I shall put it.
Anyway. People seemed to enjoy me and Pap singing "The Prayer" and actually, the whole mass. It was glad to see my dad's and mom's friends and relatives there attending the mass and the party. Even I was stopped almost all the time by my parents' friends or relatives to talk for a while. I must say, it was really nice. Personally, I didn't really know what had happened on the stage, except of glasses clinking and "Do You Know Your Partner That Well"- Quiz. Feel better to sit on the back and talk to some people in person, make some photos. Eventhough, I couldn't finish one portion of Bakso, which consisted of 4 pieces of meatball, after more than an hour. In the evening I went to "Rekoleksi Calon Misdinar" to the jurit malam part and afterwards hung out with the old friends from the altar boys/girls to McDonald from 2 til 3 in the morning. Dennis drove us with his "truck". Bimo, Frans, and I had the honor to sit on the back. I love the fresh air!!! :) No matter I got sick afterwards, hehe.
On Sunday, there was an open event in the church, organised by the youth, called "All You Can Eat Ice Cream". And yeah, I ate 4 scoops. Don't worry, not at once. I met my physics teacher from the junior high, some friends from KMKI, who have been back here for good and a not funny clown, who was so heated in the costume he got (dat tut mir aber leid). We need to do dangdut, no any clear instruction. Meh. Don't mind, we won prize (all of us, haha).
I have already "visited" my grandma on the cemetery. Oh, damn, I miss her so much. Why can't she just come in my dream.... :( And visited Christo as well! Get well soon, my lil brother!
Oh, hey, we got a new president and vice president: Joko Widodo and Jusuf Kalla!! Congratulations!! FYI, their concurrent, Prabowo Subianto, couldn't accept his lose and walked out during the recapitulation of the election comittee. So, on the next days, we were not sure, whether it's safe enough to go out of the house. In the other hand, there are also some jokes related to his fanatic and pathetic fans, who promised to CUT HIS PENIS (Ahmad Dhani, the most idiot indonesian musician) or run around our national monument NACKED (2 girls) or go from Jogjakarta to Jakarta ON FOOT (another stupid politician), etc. Wait, NO! They weren't jokes, they are true! Those people said that on public media. Now, Joko Widodo's supporter marched on the street, to push these people fulfill their promises. Mampus lo! I hope that soon the situation could be calmed down.
Hey, yesterday my boyfriend called me!! :) Lalala... Miss him.. I don't like long distance :(
So enough for this week. See you next week in Bali!
